PVC, polypropylene, board and printed sheets can be decorated with a variety of colored foils. Relief can also be achieved on certain substrates such as Expanded PVC.
From simple single colors to multi colored products can be decorated with screen printing. Our in house artist can also assist you with your artwork.
With two clam shell and one cylinder press die cutters we are very flexible in the products we die cut. Most of our work is part on out in house manufacturing.

Sagamore have almost 11000 square feet of warehouse which we can assist you and your job by holding for storage completed jobs until they are required. This also helps smaller facilities the ability to order more economical quantities with storage not a problem at Sagamore.
Again we can help our customers with distribution of their orders to third parties – all done with “brown paper bag” packaging and labelling to ensure anonymity.
We have two large format digital flat bed printers for large jobs as well as three digital sheet printers in house so we don’t have to outsource these activities.
Sagamore have been binding since 2001 when we purchased a company who specialized in this field. We can bind notebooks, diaries, flip charts, calendars, point of sale items, and just about anything which can be punched!
